Pince & Pints Restaurant & Bar @ Bangsar

7:13:00 PM

Life's been really really busy but bf and I still try to find time to spend together on weekend or on any other special occasion, just like "520" last week. It's not a special day for us tbh but we took it as an excuse to have a good meal that day HAHA 😝

We had our 520 dinner at Pince & Pints Restaurant & Bar that's located in Bangsar. Pince & Pints is a very famous restaurant in the Lion City, Singapore that served yummy lobster!! All of their lobsters are wild-caught and air-flown directly from the Atlantic Coast; they are transported to a state-of-the-art facility, and stored in a conducive environment before they are delivered in prime condition to the restaurant.

You know how much my bf loves prawn by looking at his keychain 😂 The waitress tot it was real at first lolll

The restaurant have limited tables and that's why reservation are highly recommended! We booked our table one day before and we were so lucky to get a table indoor!

My date of the day and everyday 💗

Our usual beverage - Iced Lemon Tea.

Usually I will go for cold drinks anytime but idk how I ended up with Earl Grey Tea that night.

There's only 6 dishes on their main menu and the price starts from RM168++. It wasn't cheap I would say but it's definitely worth it for the fresh and great lobster! 😋

Bf choice of the night - Live Whole Lobster (RM168++). It comes with Chef's Salad , Straight Cut Fries, Herbed Butter Sauce. For the Lobster, you can choose either Grilled or Steamed and bf wanted it to be grilled. Look! It's the whole lobster yooo!

The meat was juicy and tender, very very fresh!
Because it was grilled and not much seasoning, you can totally taste the sweetness of the lobster. Like, you feel the greatness of the sea in your mouth!

Truffle Lobster Roll (RM188++) that served with Shaven Truffles, Caviar, House-made Truffle Dip, Hand-cut French Fries & Chef's Salad for me and I think I made the right choice! Tears of joy!!!

It totally didn't disappoint me! Truffles and Caviar are such a good partner with lobster meat! Together with the bun, every bite were giving me an explosion in my mouth and my heart! Talk about the bun, because they were spread with butter and pan fried, so it was soft in the inside and crunchy on the outside! Bf was impressed by it too!

Will I revisit Pince & Pints and what I will re-order on my next visit? The answer would definitely be a big YES and Lobster Roll please! Bf wanted to try their Lobster Noodles thou. He likes rice and noodles! #typicalasian

Would like to visit it again soon if my purse allows me to do so! I miss the Lobster Roll already 😭
